本文用三维有限单元法对分阶式双圆弧齿轮齿形的三个主要参数——法向压力角α_n、齿厚比K和齿顶高系数h_a~*,按正交试验表L_(16)(4~5)进行计算,得到了轮齿的应力与α_n,K和h_a~*的变化关系。增大压力角会使齿根应力下降,减小齿厚比会使齿腰处的应力下降,增加齿高则齿腰和齿根处的应力均下降。然后从强度、制造和使用等方面考虑,提出一种改进齿形。为了验证有限元模型的准确性和改进齿形的正确性,又做了电测实验。通过对通用齿形和改进齿形的对比实验和计算,证实了有限元方法是较准确的,改进齿形无论在齿腰还是在齿根的应力都低于通用齿形。
In this paper, the three main parameters of stepped double circular arc gear tooth profile - normal pressure angle α_n, tooth thickness ratio K and addendum height coefficient h_a ~ * are calculated by orthogonal finite element method ) (4 ~ 5), the relationship between the tooth stress and α_n, K and h_a ~ * is obtained. Increasing the pressure angle will reduce the root stress, reducing the ratio of tooth thickness will reduce the stress at the tooth waist, increasing the tooth height will reduce the tooth waist and tooth root stress. Then from the aspects of strength, manufacture and use, an improved profile is proposed. In order to verify the accuracy of the finite element model and improve the correctness of the tooth shape, electrical test was done. Through the comparison and experiment of general toothed and improved toothed, it is confirmed that the finite element method is more accurate. The stress of improved toothed is lower than general toothed both at the tooth waist and the tooth root.
