设制一种新的心肺复苏管(CPRT),不论其插入气管或食管皆可迅速建立通气,同时,通过CPRT还可迅速进行经食管心脏起搏(TECP)。经30条狗的实验,其插管速度快(平均25s),成功率高(100%),在氧含量为21%和100%的气体通气时,血PaO_2分别达12±2kPa和53±9kPa。在15例呼吸心跳骤停已放弃抢救后的重症患者中试用,CPRT仅需1min即可顺利插入,通气时胸廓起伏明显。10例在通气的同时从长管置入食管电极并进行TECP,7例示心电夺获、起搏成功。
To create a new cardiopulmonary resuscitation tube (CPRT), ventilation can be rapidly established whether it is inserted into the trachea or esophagus, and rapid transesophageal pacing (TECP) is also possible with CPRT. After 30 dogs, the cannulation rate was high (mean 25s) and the success rate was high (100%). PaO2 gas reached 12 ± 2kPa and 53 ± 9kPa respectively when the oxygen content was 21% and 100% .
