本实验将小鼠分为正常饮食组、限制饮食组和先限制后恢复正常饮食组,不同时间后,检测了各组小鼠的胸腺、脾脏的相对重量及组织学的变化,计数外周血中ANAE阳性和阴性淋巴细胞的数量。结果表明:营养不良可导致胸腺和脾脏迅速萎缩,胸腺的皮质与髓质的比值下降,外周血中ANAE阳性和阴性淋巴细胞均明显减少;在恢复正常饮食后一段时间,上述的各项改变均可逆转,胸腺的结构和功能可恢复至正常水平。本文还对其临床意义进行了初步讨论。
