该文对马尾肿瘤手术切除的患者作了回顾性研究,以评价术中超声对发现肿瘤向头端移位和修正手术入路的作用。回顾了1994年1月～2000年12月间手术切除的9例经MRI诊断的马尾肿瘤,4例患者在椎板切除后、硬膜囊切开前进行了经硬膜囊超声检查。3例患者术中超声检查提示的肿瘤位置与术前MRI提示相比发生向头端移位,需进行额外的椎板切除,并更改切开硬膜囊的
In this paper, a retrospective study was conducted on patients who underwent surgical resection of cauda equina to evaluate the effect of intraoperative ultrasound on finding the tumor to the tip and correcting the surgical approach. Nine cases of pituitary tumors diagnosed by MRI were retrospectively resected between January 1994 and December 2000. Four patients underwent lacrimal sac ultrasound examinations after laminectomy and dural sac incision. Three patients underwent intraoperative ultrasound examination showed that the location of the tumor compared with the preoperative MRI tips to head-end shift, the need for additional laminectomy, and change the dural incision
