牛奶粉引起的青紫罕见报道。现报道1例如下: 患儿李某、男,30天;因全身青紫3天伴呕吐2次住院。患儿系早产儿、娩出时顺利,无窒息,无青紫。奶粉喂养。入院前3天因另换1袋奶粉服后开始出现口唇青紫,并逐渐加重,伴精神差,进食减少,呕吐2次,无发热腹泻。病前无服药史。体检:发育营养一般,神清,前囱平,精神淡漠,呼吸平稳,面色发灰,无呼吸困难状,口唇及指甲青紫。心率140次/分,律齐,未闻及杂音。两肺(-)肝脾不大,神经系统(-)。检查:抽取患儿静脉血 Cyanus caused by milk powder rare reports.
