加氢工艺具有流程简单、操作费用低、产品收率高、质量好、污染少等优点。估计2002年全球有20％的石蜡基基础油将通过加氢处理生产,18％的石蜡基基础油将通过异构脱蜡或其他催化脱蜡技术生产。预计2005年我国对加氢处理、加氢异构化基础油的需求量可达基础油总需求量的15％以上。本文介绍了国内外基础油加氢处理主要工艺及其应用情况。 Hydrogenation process has a simple process, low operating costs, high product yield, good quality, less pollution and so on. It is estimated that 20% of the world’s paraffin base oil will be produced by hydrotreating in 2002 and 18% of its paraffinic base oil will be produced by either isomerization or other catalytic dewaxing technologies. It is estimated that the demand for hydrotreating and hydroisomerizing base oil in China in 2005 will reach more than 15% of the total demand of base oil. This paper introduces the main process of hydrogenation of base oil at home and abroad and its application.
