脑卒中患者在首次入院治疗后通常会非计划性地再入院。这给患者及医疗系统带来较大的消耗和压力,同时也在一定程度上反映了首次入院时的医疗服务质量。本文旨在分析脑卒中患者非计划再入院的原因及应对措施,为减少再入院和提高医疗服务质量提供依据。 Stroke patients are generally re-admitted unplanned after initial admission to hospital. This brings greater consumption and stress to the patient and the medical system, and to some extent reflects the quality of medical service on first admission. The purpose of this article is to analyze the causes and countermeasures of unscheduled rehospitalization in stroke patients and to provide the basis for reducing rehospitalization and improving medical service quality.
