大连湾新建一座大型冷库,在试车中发现二、三楼楼板及管道振动较大,人在地板上有强振感觉、多排管道发出较大振动响声,无法按期投产使用,为此,对该冷库进行现场实验、振动计算、提出减振措施并应用于工程上。一大型冷库结构概述该冷库为五层无梁楼盖框架体系。长51米,宽48米,高25.6米,柱子为55×55mm~2,柱网距为6×6m~2。楼板为水泥砂浆、软木层油毡纸及50mm厚的现浇混凝土板,φ6钢筋组成的,480mm厚。二楼冷库间共七跨,自第三跨至七跨,每跨有20台风机坐落在工字钢组成的钢架上。风机上沿有钢杆与顶棚预埋铁用螺丝连接。风机转速为1450转/分,电机功率为5.5千瓦。钢架有三
