语言的繁荣发展对于顺利实现联合国2030年可持续发展议程中提出的17个可持续发展目标至关重要。本文通过查阅和搜集资料,分析了语言因素对经济、社会、环境可持续发展的影响。同时,就语言的可持续发展,本文着眼于以母语为基础的多语教育(MTB-MLE),结合东南亚多语教育实例,提出多语教育建立在全民参与的基础上,是保障教育公平、提高教育质量、普及全民教育以及建设多元文化最有效的实现形式。最后,在上述分析的基础上,结合国情探讨了东南亚多语教育实例对我国语言发展及多语教育的启示。
The flourishing development of languages is of crucial importance for the successful realization of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals set forth in the UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. This paper analyzes the influence of linguistic factors on the sustainable development of economy, society and environment by referring to and collecting data. At the same time, with regard to the sustainable development of languages, this paper focuses on mother-tongue-based multilingual education (MTB-MLE), combined with examples of multilingual education in Southeast Asia, proposes that multilingual education should be based on the participation of all citizens to ensure fair education, Improve the quality of education, popularize education for all and build the most effective form of realization of multiculturalism. Finally, on the basis of the above analysis, this article explores the enlightenment of multilingual education in Southeast Asia on the development of language and multilingual education in our country.
