简××,女性,35岁,农民。因左足背患神经性皮炎,于半月前采用麝香10g、珍珠15g、珊瑚10g、皂矾12g、白矾15g、银珠30g研末和匀以纸包裹用火点燃熏口鼻。共分为5次,每日熏一次,每次15分钟,共用5天。第一次熏后即觉口痛,上腹不适;第五次后口周及口腔疼痛更加严重,口唇肿胀,全口牙疼,牙齿松动感,流涎,中上腹疼痛,恶心,反复呕吐大量白色泡沫样胃内容物。腹泻每日2～4次,稀糊样便,无脓血。轻微咳嗽,无痰。头晕、心悸、耳鸣、失眠、食欲不振,四肢震颤。于82年11月6日以“药物中毒”收入院。
