经亚致死量照射的BALB/c小鼠胸腺内残留的胸腺干细胞经历与胚胎胸腺发育十分相似的过程,体内给予IL-2(6×10~5u/kg)可明显促进胸腺细胞由CD4~-CD8~-向CD4~+CD8~+再向CD4~+CD8~-/CD4~-CD8~-分化并明显促进胸腺细胞增殖和亚致死量照射小鼠脾细胞对ConA、LPS 的增殖能力,促进同种异型细胞的混合淋巴细胞反应(MLR)和绵羊红细胞(SRBC)的抗体形成细胞数(PFC)等多项免疫功能的恢复。
