目的:探讨中药复方中发酵虫草菌粉替代天然虫草对腺嘌呤致慢性肾衰大鼠的治疗作用。方法:采用腺嘌呤灌胃建立大鼠慢性肾衰模型,将大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、天然虫草组、发酵菌粉低、中、高剂量组,观察治疗后大鼠的肾功能、血生化指标、肾病理、肾脏指数的变化。结果:治疗后,天然虫草及发酵菌粉各组大鼠的肾功能受损程度明显轻于模型组,肾脏病理损伤明显减轻,但肾脏系数未见明显差异。结论:益肾胶囊选用发酵虫草菌粉对慢性肾衰大鼠有一定的治疗作用,可在一定程度替代天然虫草使用。
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of natural Cordyceps sinensis fermented by Cordyceps sinensis on the rats with chronic renal failure induced by adenine. Methods: The model of chronic renal failure was established by intragastric administration of adenine. The rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, natural Cordyceps group and low, medium and high dose of fermented bacterial powder. The renal function , Blood biochemical indicators, renal pathology, changes in kidney index. Results: After treatment, the damage of renal function of natural Cordyceps sinensis and fermented mycophenolate powder group was lighter than that of model group. The renal pathological injury was relieved obviously, but there was no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion: Yishen Capsule has the certain therapeutic effect on chronic renal failure rats by using fermented Cordyceps powder, which can replace natural Cordyceps to a certain extent.
