城市广播电视最核心的资源是其所在区域的城市区域文化优势,城市区域文化具有鲜明的地域特征,其影响力也在逐步加强。在新的发展时期,城市广电必须能够代表具有地域特征、反映城市历史和现代文明并在城市中不断发展、流传、普及的地域文化。以自身城市为基础,发挥城市区域文化的优势,是当前城市广播电视在多元竞争格局中走出自己特色的一个非常重要的方法。
The core resources of urban radio and television are the regional cultural advantages of urban areas in its region. The urban regional culture has distinctive geographical features and its influence is also gradually strengthened. In the new period of development, the city radio and television must be able to represent a regional culture that has geographical features, reflects the city’s history and modern civilization, and is constantly developing, circulating and popularized in the cities.
