第五届全国菌根学学术会议于1988年10月25至29日在南京召开,参加这次会议的有来自全国各地代表46人,提交论文共63篇,其中有关菌根资源调查与分类鉴定12篇,菌根生理4篇,菌根生态8篇,菌根与植物营养13篇,菌根与植物的抗逆性7篇,应用研究15篇,方法研究4篇。从代表的发言中可以看到,自从第四届全国菌根学术会议以来,我国在菌根的基础研究和菌根的应用方面均取得了转大进展,许多实验已经证明,菌根 The Fifth National Academic Conference on Mycorrhizal Biology was held in Nanjing from October 25 to 29, 1988. There were 46 representatives from all over the country and 63 papers were submitted to the conference, of which, mycorrhizal resources investigation and classification appraisal 12 articles, 4 mycorrhizal physiology, 8 mycorrhizal ecology, 13 mycorrhizae and plant nutrition, 7 mycorrhizal and plant stress resistance, 15 applied research and 4 methods research. As can be seen from the speeches made by the delegates, since the 4th National Conference on Mycorrhizae, my country has made great progress in the basic research of mycorrhizae and the application of mycorrhizae.
