针对海洋石油平台用SM490YB热轧H型钢冲击性能偏低的问题,通过分析找出冲击性能偏低的主要影响因素为钢中存在一定量的魏氏组织和少量的带状组织,并对微合金化、炼钢、加热、轧制等工艺进行了优化。结果表明:通过工艺优化,基本消除了钢中的魏氏组织,同时降低了带状组织,使产品的-20℃横向及纵向冲击性能得到明显改善。
Aiming at the problem that the impact performance of SM490YB hot rolled H-section steel is too low for the offshore oil platform, the main influencing factors of the low impact performance are the existence of a certain amount of Widmanstatten and a small amount of banded structure in the steel, Chemical, steelmaking, heating, rolling and other processes have been optimized. The results showed that the Widmanstatten structure in the steel was basically eliminated by the process optimization and the banded structure was also reduced.
