为进一步推动检察机关在西部大开发重点建设项目中开展职务犯罪预防工作,根据最高人民检察院《关于充分发挥检察职能为西部大开发服务的意见》、《关于进一步加强预防职务犯罪工作的决定》等有关规定,制定以下实施意见: 1．总体指导思想是,根据中央关于西部大开发的战略部署和反腐败标本兼治、重在治本的方针,结合检察职能,积极开展有特色、有重点的预防工作,促进“工程优质,干部优秀”,为西部大开发创造良好的法治环境。
