人的生活中离不开走路。正确合理的走路姿态不仅会促使人体健康发展,而且还有利于人形成良好的精神面貌和优美体态。走路姿态的关键就是人对自身姿态的控制能力,而这种能力需要通过各种走姿的训练才能达到。正确的走路姿态是:头略抬起,两肩下压,胸部向上顶,腰背平直,收腹,两臂前后自然摆动,步子平稳、矫健、轻盈。然而在我们的日常生活中会经常见到各式各样的走路姿态,例如:走路时含胸,耸肩,缩脖,左右摇摆,“外八字”步,“内八字”步等等。这些均属于不正确的走路姿态。那么如何培养正确的走路姿态呢?我们认为应从小开始,在小学中学的体育课中应注意走路姿态的训练。下面介绍几种走路姿态训练方法: 1.行进间意念训练法。练习者想象在头顶上放一本较重的书,两手自然下垂,腰背平直,收腹,两肩下压头向上顶,保持这种姿态,
