由4-氨基环己醇盐酸盐反应生成4-N-Boc-氨基环己醇,再进一步反应生成4-N-Boc-氨基环己酮。通过核磁对化合物进行表征,并通过改变反应的投料、温度、时间等条件优化工艺条件。研究表明在室温下当聚胍的质量是4-氨基环己醇盐酸盐的1.7倍时,反应时间为18 h,过滤后滤液滴加到亚氯酸钠溶液中,4-N-Boc-氨基环己酮的收率达到了95%。
The 4-aminocyclohexanol hydrochloride is reacted to form 4-N-Boc-aminocyclohexanol, which is further reacted to produce 4-N-Boc-aminocyclohexanone. The compounds were characterized by NMR and the conditions of the reaction were optimized by changing the feeding, temperature and time of the reaction. The results show that when the mass of polygalacturon is 1.7 times that of 4-aminocyclohexanol hydrochloride at room temperature, the reaction time is 18 h.
