我厂锅炉采用的是管式空气预热器,管子外径40mm,壁厚1.5mm,焊在两端开孔的管板上,用框架固定.该预热器优点是结构紧凑,传热效率高.缺点是管内易结灰堵塞,常需停炉清灰,给企业带来损失.由于安装位置的限制,管子不易更新,加上管子细长,清灰难度很大.
