1.导言密封技术主要可分为两种类型,即静态密封和动态密封。除了个别特殊用途而外,静密封相当简单,并且通过观察几种实际规则便易于实现。出现问题通常是材料工艺师的责任而不是工程师的责任。然而在动密封中,复杂程度要高得多,并有许多现象在工程范围内发生。本文将要讨论这些特征。在动密封类型中,有两种基本的运转形式,即旋转运动和往复运动。虽然旋转和往复运动有一些共同的特征,但在密封件的作用上却有许多差别,因此需要对它们分别加以讨论。
1. Introduction Sealing technology can be divided into two main types, namely, static seal and dynamic seal. Except for a few special uses, static sealing is fairly simple and easy to implement by observing several practical rules. The problem is usually the responsibility of the material technologist, not the engineer’s responsibility. However, the dynamic seal, the complexity is much higher, and many phenomena occur within the scope of the project. This article will discuss these features. In the dynamic seal type, there are two basic modes of operation, rotary and reciprocating. Although rotation and reciprocation have some common features, there are many differences in the role of the seal, so they need to be discussed separately.
