本文收集不同科属、不同产地的板蓝根样品27个、大青叶样品5个。对样品的化学成分进行高效液相色谱分析,获得反映样品整体化学特征的数据,同时选择体外抑菌药理指标进行药理活性测定。用典型相关分析(CCOR)揭示了化学信息和药理指标之间的相关关系,寻找与药理指标密切相关的化学成分,用ISODATA聚类分析技术将32个样品划分为5类。用本文建立的方法评价板蓝根、大青叶的质量,结果良好,正确率为90.6%。
In this study, 27 Radix Isatidis samples from different families and 5 different production areas were collected. The chemical composition of the sample was analyzed by high-performance liquid chromatography to obtain data reflecting the overall chemical characteristics of the sample. At the same time, the pharmacological activity was determined by selecting the antibacterial pharmacological indicators in vitro. The correlative relationship between chemical information and pharmacological indicators was revealed by the canonical correlation analysis (CCOR). The chemical components closely related to the pharmacological indexes were found. 32 samples were divided into 5 categories using ISODATA clustering analysis technology. The quality of Radix Isatidis and Folium Isatidis was evaluated by the method established in this paper. The results were good and the correct rate was 90.6%.
