低能量激光对生物体具有刺激作用。经Ar~+激光波长514.5nm照射后的人胎肝造血细胞,可以在体外培养体系中分裂增殖,造血细胞集落明显增多。用激光照射产生集落刺激因子(CSF)的细胞,可以提高CSF的活性,在造血细胞体外培养体系中,使用该CSF,也能明显地提高造血细胞集落的形成率。用激光技术来处理造血细胞,可以成倍地提高细胞产率。这一技术不仅有理论意义而且有实用价值。
Low-energy lasers have a stimulating effect on living organisms. Human fetal liver hematopoietic cells irradiated with Ar~+ laser wavelength of 514.5 nm can proliferate in an in vitro culture system, and colonies of hematopoietic cells increase significantly. The use of laser irradiation to produce cells that produce colony stimulating factor (CSF) can increase the activity of CSF. In the in vitro culture system of hematopoietic cells, the use of this CSF can also significantly increase the formation rate of hematopoietic colonies. Using laser technology to treat hematopoietic cells can multiply cell productivity. This technology has not only theoretical but also practical value.
