随着全国课程改革的不断深化,打造高效课堂势必成为每一位教育工作者的现实追求。新课程背景下,老师应成为学生学习的推动者。2014年我校开始推行“三段四步”模式的教学改革,经过两年的历练以后,我对于“三段四步”教学模式有了初步的理解,并能较好地掌握基本步骤,实践中也发现“三段四步”教学模式对于调动学生参与课堂积极性、加强小组合作交流起到了积极作用。所以本文主要从我在课改中的一些作法和一些思考展开,体现创新课堂设计、注重调动学生主动性、提升课堂教学有效性。
With the continuous deepening of the national curriculum reform, it is bound to become the realistic pursuit of every educator to build an efficient classroom. Under the new curriculum background, the teacher should become the promoter of student learning. In 2014, our school started to carry out the teaching reform of “Three Steps and Four Steps” mode. After two years of experience, I got a preliminary understanding of the teaching mode of “Three Steps and Four Steps” and can master it well In the basic steps, it is also found in practice that the three-step and four-step teaching mode has played an active role in mobilizing students' enthusiasm in the classroom and in strengthening team cooperation and exchange. Therefore, this article mainly from some of my practices in curriculum reform and some thinking, embody innovation classroom design, pay attention to mobilize the initiative of students and improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching.
