目的观察葱白提取物抗急性心肌缺血的作用。方法取SD大鼠60只随机分为假手术组、模型组、葱白提取物组、硝酸甘油组。采取在体结扎冠状动脉前降支,复制急性心肌缺血模型;观察葱白提取物对各组模型大鼠心电图和血清肌钙蛋白(cTnI)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的影响。结果 (1)各用药组与模型组比较,心电图ST段抬高幅度有统计学差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。(2)葱白提取物组、硝酸甘油组与模型组大鼠血清cTnI、CK-MB、LDH水平的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论葱白提取物对急性心肌缺血大鼠心电图有良好改善作用。其机制可能与降低血清cTnI、CK-MB、LDH有关。
Objective To observe the effect of light blue extract on acute myocardial ischemia. Methods Sixty Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into sham-operation group, model group, Allium extract group and nitroglycerin group. The model of acute myocardial ischemia was established by ligation of the anterior descending coronary artery in vivo. The changes of ECG and serum cTnI, CK-MB, lactate Dehydrogenase (LDH) effects. Results (1) Compared with the model group, the amplitude of electrocardiogram ST segment elevation was statistically significant (P <0.05 or P <0.01). (2) The serum cTnI, CK-MB and LDH levels in the extract of scutellaria group, nitroglycerin group and model group were significantly different (P <0.01). Conclusion The extract of scutellaria has a good effect on the electrocardiogram of acute myocardial ischemia in rats. The mechanism may be related to the reduction of serum cTnI, CK-MB and LDH.
