我们过去的工作已经证明,正常的小鼠T淋巴细胞对正常多向性造血干细胞(CFUS)的增殖有放大作用,但对受辐射损伤的干细胞是否仍有调控作用,是个值得探讨的问题,于是我们又研究了淋巴细胞对受不同剂量γ线照射的CFU-S增殖分化的调控作用。材料和方法 1.动物: LACA纯种小鼠。供体小鼠50天日龄雌性;受体小鼠60—70天日龄雌雄均用。
Our past work has shown that normal mouse T lymphocytes amplify the proliferation of normal multipotential hematopoietic stem cells (CFUS), but whether there is still regulation of radiation-damaged stem cells is a question worth exploring We also investigated the regulatory effect of lymphocytes on the proliferation and differentiation of CFU-S irradiated with different doses of gamma rays. Materials and Methods 1. Animals: LACA purebred mice. Donor mice 50 days old female; recipient mice 60-70 days old male and female were used.
