养阴注射液抗内毒素所致细胞损伤的实验研究

温病是由温邪引起的外感发热性疾病。温为阳邪,最易伤津损阴。清代吴鞠通在其名著《温病条辨》中就指出温病治疗应遵循“时时顾护津液”的原则,由此可见,养阴生津法是温病治疗中的重要法则,为历代医家所重视。目前,对于温病养阴生津法的研究尚不深入,有关养阴生津药物作用机理的研究报道较少。为此,我们在建立温病热毒伤阴证动物模型的基础上,进一步探讨了养阴注射液的作用机制。 材料与方法 材料 1.实验动物 选用日本大耳白家兔,4—4.5月龄,雄性,体重2—2.5kg,由中日友好临床医学研究所动物室提供。 Warm diseases are exogenous febrile diseases caused by pathogenic heat. At present, the research on the method of raising yin, stimulating yin, and stimulating febrile diseases is not yet in-depth, and there are few reports on the mechanism of action of yin and Shengjin drugs. To this end, we have further explored the mechanism of action of Yangyin injection on the basis of the establishment of an animal model of febrile disease caused by febrile disease. Materials and Methods Materials 1. Experimental Animals Japanese white rabbits were used, aged from 4 to 4.5 months, male, weighing 2–2.5 kg, provided by the Animal Room of the China-Japan Friendship Clinical Medicine Institute.
