目的研究柔毛水杨梅(Geum japonicumThunb. var. chinense F.Bolle)的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、ODS柱色谱及反相制备型HPLC等方法进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和波谱数据鉴定结构。结果与结论从柔毛水杨梅甲醇提取物的乙酸乙酯部分中分离得到4个五环三萜类化合物和1个甾醇。结构分别鉴定为niga-ichigoside F1(1)、glucosyl tormentate(2)、euscaphic acid(3)、tormentic acid(4)和β-sitosterol(5)。化合物1~5为首次从该种植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical composition of Geum japonicum Thunb. var. chinense F.Bolle. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel, ODS column chromatography and reverse phase preparative HPLC. The structures were elucidated on the basis of the physicochemical properties and spectral data of the compounds. Results and Conclusions Four pentacyclic triterpenoids and one sterol were isolated from the ethyl acetate fraction of the methanol extract of the phlox. The structures were identified as niga-ichigoside F1 (1), glucosyl tormentate (2), euscaphic acid (3), tormentic acid (4) and β-sitosterol (5). Compounds 1~5 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
