建立以按需养护和及时养护为特征的大型桥梁预防性养护体系是现代桥梁养护管理的必然要求,为此有必要为部分特大型桥梁补充建立面向管养需求的健康监测系统。该文以镇胜高速公路北盘江大桥为工程背景,通过收集大跨径悬索桥相关运营安全事故资料和专家意见,总结了影响大跨径悬索桥运营安全的各种因素;建立了镇胜高速公路北盘江大桥运营安全故障树,分析了影响运营安全的主要事故模式和关键因素;在此基础上,给出了不同养护需求层次下健康监测系统的传感器子系统设计建议,对所能监测的事故模式的发生概率总和进行了比较。
Establishing a large-scale bridge preventive maintenance system characterized by on-demand and timely maintenance is an inevitable requirement for modern bridge maintenance and management. Therefore, it is necessary to supplement some super-large bridges with health monitoring systems that meet the needs of regulatory requirements. Taking the Beipanjiang Bridge of Zhen Sheng Highway as an example, this paper summarizes the various factors affecting the operational safety of the long-span suspension bridge by collecting relevant operational safety accident data and expert opinions on the long-span suspension bridge and establishing the Zhen-Sheng Expressway The operational safety fault tree of Beipanjiang Bridge is analyzed and the main accident modes and key factors that affect operational safety are analyzed. Based on this, the design recommendations of the sensor subsystem of the health monitoring system under different levels of maintenance requirements are given. The sum of occurrence probabilities of accident patterns was compared.
