介绍一种利用激光诱导荧光法实时测量真空室内原子蒸气束的二维密度通量分布的方法与装置。实验结果表明:以点(4×6mm2)为蒸发模型的二维密度通量分布规律不随加热功率的变化而改变,且这个分布规律可用余弦分布近似来描述。密度通量与加热功率近似呈线性关系变化。
A method and an apparatus for real-time measurement of two-dimensional density flux distribution of atomic vapor beam in a vacuum chamber by using laser induced fluorescence method are described. Experimental results show that the distribution law of the two-dimensional density fluxes with point (4 × 6mm2) as the evaporation model does not change with the change of heating power, and the distribution law can be described by cosine distribution approximation. Density flux and heating power changes approximately linearly.
