脱金属剂在超声波作用下脱除渣油中的金属

以辽河渣油为原料,考察了脱金属剂在超声波作用下脱除渣油中金属的主要影响因素。结果表明,脱金属剂在超声波作用下的脱金属效果优于无超声波作用,CHJ脱金属剂脱除钙的效果较佳,EHJ脱金属剂脱除镍的效果较佳。最佳脱除金属的条件为:超声波频率28kHz,声强10W/cm2,反应温度85℃,反应时间25min,脱金属剂加入量2000μg/g。在以上条件下,CHJ脱金属剂的脱钙率可达85%,EHJ脱金属剂的脱镍率也高于85%。 Taking Liaohe residue as raw material, the main influencing factors of demetallation agent removing metal from residual oil under ultrasonic wave were investigated. The results show that the demetallization effect of demetaller under ultrasonic wave is better than that of ultrasonic wave, and the removal of calcium by CHJ demetalling agent is better. The removal of nickel by EHJ demetaller is better. The optimal metal removal conditions were as follows: ultrasonic frequency 28kHz, sound intensity 10W / cm2, reaction temperature 85 ℃, reaction time 25min, demetallation agent 2000μg / g. Under the above conditions, the de-calcification rate of CHJ demetallation agent can reach 85%, and the de-nickelization rate of EHJ demetallation agent is higher than 85%.
