目的了解北京市小学生洗手方法的掌握情况,为小学生洗手行为健康教育提供依据。方法采用观察法,观察随机抽取的北京市20所项目学校240名小学生的洗手情况。结果不考虑擦手环节,只有18.8%的小学生按照正确的洗手四步骤洗手;240名小学生中有25.0%洗手时长合格。洗手时洗手用品配备率为53.3%;学校未配备洁手用品的112名小学生均未使用洁手用品;学校配备洁手用品的128名小学生洁手用品使用率为63.3%。240名洗手的小学生中,144人(60.0%)的洗手池边张贴了洗手宣传品。结论应督促小学生采纳正确洗手方法。建议学校为小学生提供洁手用品。
Objective To understand the mastery of hand-washing methods of primary school students in Beijing and to provide basis for health education of hand-washing behavior among primary school students. Methods Observational method was used to observe the hand washing status of 240 pupils randomly selected from 20 schools in Beijing. As a result, 18.8% of primary school children wash their hands according to the correct four-step process of handwashing. 25.0% of the 240 primary school students were qualified when they wash their hands. The rate of hand-washing products was 53.3% when washing hands. No school-based hand-washing products were used by 112 primary school students, and the rate of hand-washing by 128 primary school students with hand-washing products was 63.3%. Of the 240 hand-washing schoolchildren, 144 (60.0%) handwashing posters were posted on the sink side. Conclusions Students should be urged to adopt proper handwashing methods. It is recommended that schools provide hand-washing supplies for primary school children.
