1.气功是我们祖先在长期劳动中创造出来治病、保健和延年益寿的有效方法之一,且容易掌握,便于病人自行修练。 2.炼功的目的不是别的,而是为着训练高级神经的活动,我们要为完成这一任务下定决心,提供更多的有利条件。 3.气功疗法是通过一定的姿式,宁静心神,调理呼吸,改善人体阴阳和气血平衡的一种整体的自我疗法。 4.气功疗法它具有平衡阴阳,调整气血,升清降浊,补虚导滞,通经活络等不同的医疗作用。既能防治疾病,又可以强身延年。 1.
