以‘SO4’‘1103P’‘3309C’和‘5BB’为砧木,与‘梅鹿辄’‘意斯林’‘马瑟兰’和‘白慕斯卡’4个酿酒葡萄品种进行硬枝嫁接,比较分析4个酿酒葡萄品种与砧木品种间的亲和力。结果表明,4个酿酒葡萄品种与砧木品种间的亲和力存在差异,初步筛选出亲和力较强的4个组合:梅鹿辄/3309C、意斯林/3309C、马瑟兰/3309C和白慕斯卡/SO4,其中生根率和接口愈合率均在70%以上,萌芽率在45%~70%。
The rootstocks of ’SO4’1103P’3309C’ and ’5BB’were harvested and grafted with four wine grape varieties of’ Merlot ’,’ Yisilin ’,’ Mousseln ’and’ White Muskka ’ Analyze the affinity of 4 wine grape varieties and rootstock varieties. The results showed that there were differences in the affinity between the four wine grape varieties and the rootstock varieties. Four combinations with high affinity were screened out: Merlot / 3309C, Yisilin / 3309C, Matuolan / 3309C and Baimusucao / SO4, of which the rooting rate and interface healing rate are above 70%, the germination rate of 45% to 70%.
