例1 田某某,女,26岁。因头昏、乏力、骨痛,面色渐苍白近2月,加重伴不规则发热10余日,在院外治疗无效,于1932年11月17日入院。父母健在,有同胞兄弟三人,胞兄(例2)因患急性白血病同时住院,其余两胞弟健在,患者祖父母系表亲联姻。体检:体温38.4℃,心率120次,呼吸30次。贫血貌,牙龈出血,胸骨压痛。颌下、腋下及腹股沟均可扪得直径1～1.5cm 的淋巴结,活动,无压痛。心尖区
