本研究应用角膜地形图仪对30 只近视眼的角膜形态进行分析,结果表明:角膜镜影象第1环与第15 环、第1 环与第25 环及最大一环与最小一环平均屈光力的差值分别为0-63 ±0-62D、2-23 ±1-13D 和2-30 ±1-04D,角膜中央屈光力为43-95 ±1-36D,同一病人两眼角膜中央屈光力的差值为0-88 ±0-82D,角膜平均表面规则指数(SRI) 为0-64 ±0-32 、表面不规则指数(SAI) 为0-40 ±0-22 ;Sim K值及Sim K 的差值分别为45-02 ±1-52D 和1-91 ±1-28D;IS值为0-11 ±0-46D。近视眼的角膜地形图大致呈3 种形态,圆形或近圆形7 只眼(23-3 % ) ,对称或不对称的8 字形20 只眼(66-7 % ) ,不规则形3只眼(10 % ) 。提示近视眼的角膜地形图分析将有助于了解其角膜的屈光状态。
In this study, corneal topography was used to analyze the corneal morphology of 30 myopia. Myopia corneal topography was roughly 3 kinds of morphology, circular or nearly circular seven eyes (23-3%), symmetrical or asymmetric zigzag 20 eyes (66-7%), three irregular Eye (10%). Myopic corneal topography analysis will help to understand the corneal refractive status.
