研究了铜铝截面比和模具角对铝包铜复合材料静液挤压流动模型的影响,流动模型是静液挤压光刻试样的变形区流动图形。实验采用的铜铝截面比范围从0.12到0.48,模角从30°到90°,挤压比是7.11。讨论了铝包铜静液挤压时模具和外层金属之间及内外层金属界面间的摩擦影响,分析了芯材破断的原因。实验确定了铝包铜静液挤压塑变区的边界形状。
The effects of Cu / Al cross section ratio and die angle on the hydrostatic extrusion flow model of aluminum clad-copper composites were studied. The flow model was the deformation flow pattern of the hydrostatic extrusion lithography sample. The ratio of copper and aluminum used in the experiment ranged from 0.12 to 0.48, the mode angle was from 30 ° to 90 ° and the extrusion ratio was 7.11. The influence of the friction between the mold and the outer layer metal and between the inner and outer layer metal interfaces during hydrostatic extrusion of aluminum clad copper was discussed. The reason of the broken core material was analyzed. The experiment confirms the boundary shape of hydrostatic extrusion zone of aluminum clad copper.
