本实验对大鼠下颌施以向后上方向牵引力,对实验前后大鼠颅面颌特别是下颌的改变作了较为细致的观察。结果发现,后上牵引力显著地抑制了大鼠下颌的向前生长,使下颌相对于脑颅及上颌处于明显的后退下旋位,此种位置改变与下颌后退、下颌生长受抑制及下颌下旋有关。后上方牵引力还影响上颌的生长,上颌相对于脑颅明显下旋与后缩,但上颌本身的大小未受影响。此种上颌的改变可能是由于矫治力通过磨牙后份及髁头传递到上颌及颅底,以及牙周膜感受器的负反馈调节作用,改变或抑制了上颌的向前生长。
In this experiment, the rat mandibular exerting backward and upward traction, the rat craniofacial jaw especially before and after the mandibular changes made a more detailed observation. The results showed that the supra-tractive force significantly inhibited the forward growth of the rat mandibular and the mandibular relative to the cranial and maxillary jaws in a significant retreat and downward rotation, such position change and mandibular recession, mandibular growth inhibition and mandibular pronation related. After the top traction also affects the growth of the maxilla, maxillary gyration and retraction of the brain significantly, but the size of the upper jaw itself was not affected. Such changes in the maxilla may be due to orthodontic force through the correction of the posterior and condylar head to the maxillary and skull base, and the periodontal membrane sensor negative feedback regulation, change or inhibit the forward growth of the maxilla.
