目的:探索强肾片对地塞米松致大鼠骨质疏松的影响。方法:建立糖皮质激素骨质疏松模型,测定强肾片给药后,骨密度,骨的生物力学等指标的变化。结果:强肾片能增加地塞米松骨质疏松模型大鼠股骨的骨密度和骨矿含量,降低血清骨钙素、碱性磷酸酶和酸性磷酸酶水平,增加尿磷排泄量和尿磷与肌酐的比值,降低羟脯氨酸与肌酐的比值,增加股骨的抗弯强度和最大弯曲力,增加胫骨骨小梁平均直径,使骨小梁结构趋于正常。强肾片125mg/kg起效,125~500mg/kg均产生显著效果。结论:强肾片对地塞米松大鼠骨质疏松有对抗作用。
Objective: To explore the effect of Qiangshen Tablet on osteoporosis in rats induced by dexamethasone. Methods: The model of glucocorticoid osteoporosis was established.
