临安市潜川镇成人学校在镇党委和政府统筹安排下,积极开展农业技术培训,提出(2002～2004)三年内实施“万名农民培训工程”。镇成校挑起这副重担,积极开展培训,使成校真正成为传授技术和“富脑袋”的课堂。两年来,成校已培训农民7255人次,发放技术资料4000多份,起到了“富钱袋”先“富脑袋”的作用,获得了很好的经济和社会效益,农民称赞:“成校里学技术听得懂,容易记,好操作,蛮实惠”。随着农村经济发展,农民生活不断提高,广大农民依靠科技致富的愿望越来越强烈。许多农民想富,但因不懂技术,一时难于致富。成校满腔热情为农业、农村、农民服
