国内外热处理技术的一个主要发展趋势是对热处理工艺全过程实行微处理机定向控制。显然,微电子学数据处理的结果,增强了对热处理工艺全过程的控制能力。电子计算机在热处理工艺中的应用包括对过程的控制和管理,建立工艺过程的模型通过计算机进行热处理工艺设计及CAD/CAM一体化热处理设计,热处理车间的柔性化(FHS)。欲使电子计算机、微处理机能准确、可靠地发挥所要求的功能,其数学模型必须建立在可靠的基础上。此处,以控制炉气碳势和高频热处理为例,讨论电子计算机对热处理的程序控制及热处理参数的直接控制。
