At present, the incidence of melanoma is increasing, and conventional radiotherapy and chemotherapy have poor effects on the treatment of disseminated melanoma. Dacarbazine (abbreviated as DTIC) is a widely used single chemotherapeutic agent with a remission rate of 15% to 20%. The total remission time is only 6 months, and the complete remission rate is only 5%. It has now been recognized that the host’s immune system status is important for the prognosis of melanoma.
