在职培训是提高经侦民警业务技能和综合素质的有效手段。在实际培训工作中,认识上存在偏差、运行模式没有突出培训对象需求、培训内容缺乏针对性和实用性、考核方式单一、培训效果平淡、培训评估不科学等问题。要解决这些培训中存在的问题,应当从培训模式的运营层面、资源层面、管理层面上对经侦民警的在职培训模式予以构建。
On-the-job training is an effective way to improve the business skills and overall quality of the civilian police in the Economic Investigation Bureau. In the actual training work, there are some discrepancies in cognition, the mode of operation does not highlight the needs of the trainees, the training contents are lack of pertinence and practicability, the examination mode is single, the training effect is dull, and the training evaluation unscientific problems. To solve the problems in these trainings, we should construct the mode of on-the-job training of Economic Investigation Police from the operational, resource and management levels of training mode.
