本文综合报道了1989～1993年广州新风口岸发生的55宗违反《国境卫生检疫法》案例的处理情况,对案例发生的有关因素进行了探讨,并就如何进一步加强管理,深化改革,更好地贯彻执行《国境卫生检疫法》提出了几点建设性意见。
This article comprehensively reported the cases of 55 cases of violation of the “Frontier Health and Quarantine Law” at the Guangzhou Fresh Air Port between 1989 and 1993, and discussed the relevant factors of the case. And on how to further strengthen the management and deepen the reform, Several constructive suggestions have been put forward in implementing the “Frontier Health and Quarantine Law.”
