目的 对胃癌及癌前病变进行核仁组成区相关蛋白 (Ag NORs)染色的定量研究。方法 采用银染方法 ,观察核仁组成区嗜银蛋白与rRNA基因活性。结果 Ag NORs均数随正常胃粘膜、肠化生、异型增生、粘液癌、腺癌、低分化腺癌的顺序而递增 ,各组间均有显著差异。结论 具有较高Ag NORs计数的肠化生与胃癌的发生密切相关 ;有较高Ag NORs计数的异型增生是重要的癌前病变。癌组织分化越差 ,Ag NORs均数越高。故Ag NORs测定可作为胃癌和癌前病变诊断、分级上较客观的辅助性定量指标 ,在胃粘膜良恶性病变的鉴别中具有重要意义。
Objective To quantitatively study the staining of nucleolar organizer region associated proteins (Ag NORs) in gastric carcinoma and precancerous lesions. Methods The silver staining method was used to observe the activity of argyrophilic protein and rRNA gene in nucleolar organizers. Results The average number of Ag NORs increased with the order of normal gastric mucosa, metaplasia, dysplasia, mucinous carcinoma, adenocarcinoma and poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma. There was significant difference among the groups. Conclusions Intestinal metaplasia with high Ag NORs counts is closely related to the occurrence of gastric cancer; dysplasia with high Ag NORs counts is an important precancerous lesion. The worse the cancer tissue differentiation, the higher the average number of Ag NORs. Therefore, the determination of Ag NORs can be used as an objective and auxiliary quantitative indicator for the diagnosis and classification of gastric cancer and precancerous lesions and is of great significance in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant gastric lesions.
