Bell氏面神经麻痹(简称面瘫),是由于受风寒引起面神经炎所致患侧面部表情肌运动障碍。表现为患侧眼闭不合、口角歪斜、不能皱额及耸鼻、鼓腮漏气、流泪、味觉障碍等症状。我们应用He-Ne激光穴位照射治疗面瘫125例,针刺加激光照射治疗132例,共计257例,取得较好疗效,现将结果报告如下: 一般资料 257例中,男性134例,女性123例。年龄最小4个月,最大81岁,以青壮年居多。病程最短1天,最长35年,1个月以内者164例,占63.8％。
