我们在工作中遇到 2例ＣＴ表现呈囊性的脑转移瘤 ,术前均诊断为良性病变 ,现结合临床表现 ,就其误诊原因分析如下 ,供同道参考。1　临床资料例 1,女 ,42岁 ,头痛、头晕伴恶心、呕吐 4个月。脑ＣＴ见幕上、下脑实质内十余处大小不等 ,形态呈圆形或类圆形的囊性低密度灶 (图 1) , We encountered in the work of two cases of CT showed cystic brain metastases, preoperative diagnosis of benign lesions, are combined with clinical manifestations, the reasons for misdiagnosis are as follows, for fellow reference. 1 clinical data example 1, female, 42 years old, headache, dizziness with nausea, vomiting for 4 months.
