本实验在用6只犬复制失血性休克模型的基础上,定时采血测定血清肌酸磷酸激酶(CPK)活性值,并同时观察心肌组织学变化。本研究证明,血清CPK活性值变化与心肌组织学改变正相关,因此,观察CPK活性值的动态变化,对休克时急性心肌衰竭的早期诊断有一定价值。
In this experiment, six dogs were used to replicate the hemorrhagic shock model, and blood sampling was used to measure the serum creatine phosphokinase (CPK) activity value, and the histological changes of the heart muscle were also observed. This study demonstrated that the change of serum CPK activity is positively correlated with the histological changes of the heart muscle. Therefore, observing the dynamic changes of the CPK activity value has certain value in the early diagnosis of acute myocardial failure during shock.
