目的了解商业写字楼集中空调通风系统卫生状况,提高商业写字楼集中空调卫生管理水平。方法根据《上海市集中空调通风系统卫生管理办法》、《集中空调通风系统卫生管理规范》设计调查表,对辖区内30家商业写字楼集中空调卫生状况进行调查及检测。结果商业写字楼集中空调卫生管理方面存在卫生管理制度、应急预案及相关清洗维护记录不全,未开展从业人员空调卫生知识培训,部分空调设施不清洁,未按要求定期开展空调通风系统及冷却水嗜肺军团菌的检测等问题。检测集中空调风管内表面细菌总数合格户数占96.7%,真菌总数的合格户数占83.3%,积尘量合格户数占60%。现场采集30家商业写字楼内集中空调送风中细菌总数合格户数为100%,真菌总数合格户数为100%,溶血性链球菌合格户数为100%,可吸入颗粒物(PM10)合格户数为96.7%。现场采集26家商业写字楼冷却水嗜肺军团菌样品合格户数为84.6%。结论商业写字楼集中空调通风系统卫生管理环节存在不足,集中空调通风系统存在不同程度污染。商业写字楼管理单位应按照相关要求做好空调系统的日常卫生管理和清洗工作,定期对空调系统卫生状况开展检测,健全日常管理机制,保证空调系统运行期间室内空气品质。卫生监督管理部门应加大卫生监督管理力度,逐步提高卫生管理水平。 Objective To understand the health status of central air conditioning and ventilation systems in commercial office buildings and improve the hygiene management level of central air conditioning in commercial office buildings. Methods Based on the “Measures for the Administration of Sanitation of Centralized Air Conditioning and Ventilation System in Shanghai” and “The Code of Hygienic Management for Central Air Conditioning and Ventilation System”, a survey was conducted on the health status of central air conditioning in 30 commercial office buildings under its jurisdiction. Results There was a health management system in terms of hygiene management of commercial air-conditioners in central office buildings. The emergency plan and the related records of cleaning and maintenance were incomplete. Training of air-conditioning hygiene knowledge was not carried out. Some of the air-conditioning facilities were not clean and air conditioning ventilation systems and cooling water were not regularly ventilated Legionella detection and other issues. The total number of qualified bacteria in the inner surface of the air-conditioning duct for testing was 96.7%, the qualified number of fungi accounted for 83.3% and the amount of dust-accumulating persons accounted for 60%. The total number of qualified bacteria in the air-conditioned air supply in 30 commercial office buildings collected at the scene was 100%, the total number of qualified fungi was 100%, the number of qualified hemolytic streptococci was 100%, the number of qualified PM10 inhalers 96.7%. Site collection of 26 commercial office cooling water Legionella pneumophila sample qualified households was 84.6%. Conclusion There are some problems in the hygienic management of central air conditioning and ventilation systems in commercial office buildings. There are different levels of pollution in the centralized air conditioning and ventilation systems. Commercial office management units shall, in accordance with the relevant requirements, conduct routine daily hygiene management and cleaning of air-conditioning systems, conduct regular tests on the sanitary conditions of air-conditioning systems, and improve daily management mechanisms to ensure the indoor air quality during operation of air-conditioning systems. Health supervision and management departments should increase health supervision and management, and gradually improve the level of health management.
