为探明贺州烟区烟—薯模式连作下土壤的主要障碍因子,采用盆栽试验,对贺州烟—薯连作障碍土壤进行不同灭菌处理,调查烟株的生长情况和测定土壤微生物变化。同时采集大田不同种植模式的土壤样品分析测定土壤微生物数量、活性和生物量碳氮等指标,将盆栽试验结果与不同种植模式的土壤分析结果进行对比分析。结果表明,不同灭菌处理均能有效的改善烤烟的生物量、增加土壤微生物数量、活性及生物量碳氮,与烟—稻轮作模式下的植烟土壤微生物学特性有类似的趋势;土壤由“细菌型”向“真菌型”转变,以及土壤微生物数量下降是烟—薯模式连作下烤烟土壤障碍的重要成因。
In order to find out the main obstacle factors of soil under tobacco-potato continuous cropping in Hezhou, pot experiments were conducted to sterilize soil of continuous cropping obstacle in Hezhou tobacco-potato field. The growth of tobacco was investigated and the changes of soil microorganism were determined. At the same time, soil samples collected from different planting modes of field were analyzed to determine the quantity of soil microbes, activity and carbon and nitrogen of biomass. The results of pot experiment were compared with soil analysis results of different planting modes. The results showed that different sterilization treatments could effectively improve the biomass of flue-cured tobacco, increase the amount of soil microbes, the activity and biomass of carbon and nitrogen, which had a similar trend with the soil microbial characteristics of tobacco-rice cropping system. Soil The change of “bacterial type” to “fungal type” and the decrease of soil microbial population are the important causes of the obstacle of tobacco soil and tobacco under continuous cropping pattern.
