大豆品质育种的目标规定:蛋白质含量要达到50%,油分达到25%。要完成这个指标,首先要通过各种途径创造高蛋白或高油分含量的基因型。1976年我们用γ-射线处理杂种后代选育的“76—9029”、“76—9037”和“76—9106”等三个大豆高油分突变系,含油量已达23.91%~24.07%;通过化学诱变剂甲基磺酸乙酯(EMS)的处理,也获得了一批蛋白质含量超过45%的突变系。在这里,我们着重讨论中子和 EMS 对大豆蛋白质和油分含量的突变
